Why I started AVOW

I kept meeting people who had something on their mind and nowhere to put it.

Not a crisis. Not something that needed a professional. Just a thought they had been turning over for weeks, and no one to say it out loud to.

AVOW exists for that. A quiet hour, a careful listener, and the space to work out what you actually think.
